View the Total Eclipse from ONE WORLD NYC

The excitement is building as many Americans are making plans on where they will be for the Total Solar Eclipse on 08 April 2024.

For New Yorkers and visitors to the ‘Big Apple’ why not see if you can get tickets to view the path of totality from One World Observatory.

Tickets are on sale for $94 for adults and $92 for seniors (hardly worth mentioning to be honest) with a further more generous discount for children between 6-12 years at $88.

A ticket gives entry to the observatory, one pair of solar eclipse viewing glasses and a voucher for a beverage. There will be shopping opportunities to purchase a commemorative One World Observatory pint glass and a souvenir photo and 10% off at the retail store.

If you are interested the normal price for entry to the One World Observatory can be as low as $44 for adults if you book in advance.

The approximate time to witness the full Solar Eclipse in New York State starts at 15.16 EDT and the exit of the moon’s shadow at approximately 15:29. The path of totality will be north of Manhattan Island.

Also in New York State is an Eclipse Train Special in the Greater Niagara Area. The Arcade and Attica Railroad will be running between Arcade and Curriers Station in time to witness the Eclipse.
