Are you visiting Walt Disney World this Easter? If you find yourself looking for something free to experience and to get a break from the masses why not jump on the Monorail and alight at the Grand Floridian Hotel.
The annual Easter Egg Display is located in the lobby.
The very talented culinary team of chocolate crafterteers have been busy creating the most amazing Easter Egg display. All of the exhibits are created from Chocolate and some are over 6 feet tall. There are some returning favourites as well as new exhibits.
Apparently chocolate needs 72 degrees in an air-conditioned room so the display is comfortable and no danger of slippage.
Most eggs weigh between 10 – 50 pounds and vary in size. The artists start their creations about three months ahead of the display and some are still finishing their creations in the lobby.
Of course being Disney there is the ability for guests to buy special spring and Easter themed treats across the resorts.
The display is free to visit until 10 April 2023
