I awoke this morning to the overnight news that President Trump has put a ban on all flights to and from Europe for thirty days. The ban starts tomorrow Friday 13th.

My first reaction was to know what will stop savvy Europeans taking flights to the UK and Ireland and connecting with services to America? Or indeed flying over to Canada and taking road or rail into the States. I can see it being a saving grace for UK based airlines filling up desperately empty flights.

This is response to the advancing Coronavirus threat now officially a Pandemic. These are definitely worrying times for the world right now.
